IF AS A NEW CLIENT YOU BOOK ONLINE AND THERE IS A CONSULTATION REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Our software requires a credit card to be on file for any and all booked appointments. It is our policy In the event that an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, or is no-showed our booking system is set up to charge for the appointment / service that was booked automatically.
