CANCELATION POLICY
Our software requires a credit card to be on file for all appointments. To respect and protect our artists' time, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event of a "no-show" or a late cancellation within 24 hours, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be automatically charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
